Hi my name is Sarah Minnich. I am so glad that you want to learn more about The Anchored Root!

A little bit about myself - my husband Joel and I have been married for 10 years and we have 2 daughters who are currently 4 and almost 7. I started homeschooling when our oldest daughter was going into VPK. I homeschooled alone for that first year and I knew pretty quickly that we weren’t created to do this alone. For the next 2 years we were a part of a community and this year I felt God lay it on my heart to start something new.

God has entrusted us to be the parents of our children. I feel a great honor to be able to teach my daughters not only the knowledge they need to grow, but more importantly the love our Heavenly Father has for them.

The Anchored Root will offer:

• a support system for homeschooling families

• a rich curriculum that challenges students

• support for parents by leading lessons every week in class

• opportunities for group learning

I love the flexibility of homeschool. We are planning to meet for 24 weeks so there will be the opportunity to travel and have laid back days at home. Your family will have the option to join us for both days or just Tuesdays or just Thursdays to best fit your family’s schedule.

I am so excited to see what God does this year with our group! He’s a big God and I know he has big plans for us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for looking into our group - it means the world to me!
